Gedalia M. Stern’s practice focuses on representing individuals under criminal investigation and under indictment. He has extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state court charged with a variety of crimes, including bribery, benefits fraud, wire fraud, kidnapping, and sex crimes. Gedalia has participated in trials in state and federal court involving charges of bribery, wire fraud, conspiracy, and kidnapping.
